You can cancel your SFEC premium subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
We provide full refunds within 7 days of purchase for first-time subscribers if you haven't used any premium features (e.g., contacting more than 3 editors or posting a work). After the 7-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
No refunds are provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
